Waldek Mietlicki

Registered General Manager

Waldek Mietlicki is the Registered General Manager at Parkanaur Trust, responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Trust’s operations.

His role includes ensuring the highest standards of care for service users, fostering a supportive and engaging environment for colleagues, and managing the financial performance of the organisation. Waldek plays a key role in planning, implementing, and directing the Trust’s strategy, under the guidance and approval of the Board of Trustees.

With over 18 years of experience in the Health and Social Care sector, including ten years in managerial roles, Waldek is well-equipped to ensure the safety and wellbeing of service users. He holds a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management in Health and Social Care, a BA Honours Degree in Education Studies (Rehabilitation Pedagogy), and an MSc in Applied Behaviour Analysis. Outside of his professional responsibilities, Waldek is enthusiastic about running and enjoys spending time with his family.
